How to place your orders
You have two options to place your order:
1. You can shop at www.bitsandgrooves.com which has a shopping cart facility. If you do so, please follow these instructions:
in order to buy:
you need to register first.
After registering you can buy and add items to your shopping cart. The order process goes like this:
first time users: please register
returning customers: log in with your username and password
after registering, start shopping and add items to your shopping cart.
After you’ve made your choice, please check out.
Shipping and handling cost will automatically be calculated depending on your country of origin.
(see shipping and returns for our shipping fees)When checking out you’ll be directed to paypal where you can pay directly for your order.
You’ll receive an email confirming your order.
After you’ve paid with paypal, you’ll return to the shop and then need to logout.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment and you’ll receive an email confirming shipping date.
2. At www.bitsandgrooves.be you only can place your orders through email. Just look around and send us an email with the items you are interested in. We will let you know (within 24 hours) if the requested items are still available and how much total price wil be including shipping and handling.
Afterwards you can pay for your items using paypal using the following email:
