items are guaranteed to YOUR satisfaction - I have made
every effort to describe items as accurately as possible
although gradings are by their nature subjective. (see the
grading policy)
I can only accept returns which you consider do not match
the grading criteria for sound quality, cover, inserts etc.
and, of course, if you consider any other aspect of
description is misleading or incorrect.
It is essential that you contact me first with any problems
(especially by email) as i will endeavour to rectify the
situation to your satisfaction immediately - i do make
mistakes from time to time and cannot physically listen to
every item i sell, therefore i sometimes i have to grade
visually.
If you're not satisfied with the item i gladly refund your
money upon returning of the goods - which must be returned
in the same condition as sent out - with any seals intact if
applicable.
However, Shipping cost for sending the goods back have to be
borne by yourself.
Please note, it is advisable that you insure any return
package, as i cannot refund it if it is not received for at
this end.
